“Hill Station”(1957) was produced by A A Nadiadwala and directed by Shakti samanta for Pushpa Pictures, Bombay. The movie had Bina Rai, Pradeep Kumar, K N singh, Maruti, Protima Devi, Krishnkant, Shyama, Sangeeta, Kundan, Ridku, Kathana, Nirmal Kumar, Laxman Rao, Sheila Vaz, Seema, Nazeer, Kashmiri, Tiger (dog) etc in it.
The movie had seven songs in it. Two of these songs have been discussed in the blog in the past.
Today (25 february 2017) is the 30th remembrance day (as we have started to describe the punya tithi of artists in the blog) of S H Bihari (1922- 25 february 1987).
On this occasion, here is a song from “Hill Station”(1957). This song is sung by Geeta Dutt and Rafi. S H Bihari is the lyricist. Music is composed by Hemant Kumar.
